Dr. CATHERINE SHEPPARD, PAEDIATRIC NEUROLOGY RESIDENT UNIVERSiTY OF ALBERTA and stolleRY children’s hospital

Dr. Catherine Sheppard is a second year pediatric neurology resident at the University of Alberta. She completed medical school at the University of Calgary where she was born and raised. Working at the Stollery Children’s Hospital in residency brings her joy and pushes her every day. One of her favourite parts is building relationships with her patients and their families and watching them grow. When she’s not busy seeing patients and laughing with colleagues, she enjoys going home to Keppra, her mini golden doodle. She hopes to pursue further training in epilepsy in her fellowship following her residency.
